HILO ESTATE COFFEE

Grown exclusively on the fertile slopes of Mauna Kea along the Big Island's beautiful Hamakua Coast, Hilo Estate Coffee is hand-picked and sun-dried on Sharkey's farm then roasted in small batches to a Medium/Dark flavor profile.  This is an aromatic and sweet coffee with a rich lingering finish and a mild acidity.
