Cacao tea is made from the husks of winnowed roasted cacao beans.   Shark's sifts and discards the useless husk scraps and residue through a 2nd winnowing; resulting in a pure, delicious tea that contains more of the actual nibs and cocoa powder than other cacao teas; bringing out the delicate, chocolaty taste and aroma when steeped.
