Due to temperature fluctuations in shipping, contents can become quite warm and chocolate may become soft or melt. Chocolate can "bloom" in cold conditions as the natural cocoa butter hardens and developes a chalk-like surface appearance. These conditions do not affect the flavor of your chocolate. You can enjoy it as is, or slowly heat it to a smooth consistency (stirring often) then pour into container and refrigerator apx. 15 min or until set. Wrap and store in air-tight cotainer in a cool, dark place (room temperature).
