At the heart of BICC's 5-year Foundational plan to develop, manage and sustain long-term growth and opportunity for its members. This will be accomplished through a Resource Development plan to grow a vibrant community centered around an online hub for BICC members to connect their brands with global markets.  On a local  level, BICC will connect members with leaders and mentors for students and new farmers.
